Our approach with this tour is to offer a balanced time spend between Wildlife, Scenery & Culture and to illustrate South Africa’s diversity. The tour is designed for more consecutive nights at the same accommodation where possible and a relaxed pace of touring including some leisure time. We also try to minimise time spend in the vehicle or to break up a long section of road travel with interesting stops along the way. Responsible tourism guidelines are applied where it is possible
Day 1 Arrival Johannesburg.

Day 2 Johannesburg - Pretoria - Dullstroom.

- Lunch at the Caves
- Pretoria main sites drive through– Voortrekker Monument, Union Buildings
- Travel to Dullstroom.
- Estimated time of arrival is 17h30

Day 3 Dullstroom – Panorama Route - Graskop
- Breakfast at accommodation
- Departure at 10:00
- The Escarpment, a very scenic part of the Drakensberg.
- The Panorama Route including the Blyde River Canyon (the world's third largest canyon), Burke’s Luck Potholes and God’s Window.
- Lunch along the way

Overnight Graskop.
Day 4 Graskop - Private Game Reserve (Greater Kruger Area).

- Hazyview coffee stop
- Travel to Game Reserve accommodation adjacent to Kruger National Park

- Game drive
- Dinner
Overnight Greater Kruger area.
Day 5 Private Game Reserve (Greater Kruger Area).

Day 6 Private Game Reserve (Greater Kruger Area) - Swaziland.

- Swaziland border. Clear customs
- Matsamo cultural village tour and traditional dances (at border post).
- Lunch, weave products and craft work (HIV and Women empowerment projects)
- The Ezulweni Valley
- Arrive at accommodation by approx 16:00

Overnight in Swaziland.
Day 7 Swaziland – The Battlefields.
- Breakfast at accommodation
- Depart for the border at 07:30
- Glass factory on the way
- South African border. Clear customs
- Travel to Dundee, KwaZulu-Natal Battlefields
- Talana Museum (battlefields (Boer and British), coal mining museum, glass and bead museum, etc)
- Lunch
- Travel to accommodation
- Arrive at accommodation by approx 16:00
- Dinner
Overnight Battlefields area.
Day 8 The Battlefields.
- Breakfast at accommodation
- Depart at 08:00
- Isandlwana and Rorke’s Drift (British and Zulu conflict)
- Lunch at accommodation or lunch packs (depending on where overnight)
